LOGISTICS AND OPERATIONS PROJECT MANAGER ATHENS

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Συντονισμός των εσωτερικών πόρων και εξωτερικών συνεργατών/προμηθευτών για την άψογη εκτέλεση του Έργου.
  • Διασφάλιση έγκαιρης παράδοσης του Έργου εντός του πεδίου εφαρμογής και των ορίων του προϋπολογισμού.
  • Ανάπτυξη των πεδίων εφαρμογής και στόχων του Έργου, με την συμμετοχή όλων των ενδιαφερόμενων Φορέων και διασφάλιση της τεχνικής σκοπιμότητας αυτού.
  • Διασφάλιση της διαθεσιμότητας και της κατανομής των πόρων.
  • Ανάπτυξη λεπτομερούς προγραμματισμό του έργου για την παρακολούθηση της προόδου.
  • Χρήση κατάλληλων τεχνικών επαλήθευσης για την διαχείριση των αλλαγών στο πεδίο εφαρμογής του προγράμματος, το χρονοδιάγραμμα και το κόστος του Έργου.
  • Μέτρηση της απόδοσης του Έργου, χρησιμοποιώντας κατάλληλα συστήματα, εργαλεία & τεχνικές.
  • Αναφορά και κλιμάκωση ζητημάτων στην Διοίκηση, εφόσον είναι απαραίτητο.
  • Διαχείριση των σχέσεων με τον πελάτη και όλους τους ενδιαφερόμενους.
  • Διαχείριση κινδύνων με στόχο την ελαχιστοποίηση αυτών στην επίπτωση στο Έργο.
  • Δημιουργία και διατήρηση σχέσεων με τρίτους/προμηθευτές.
  • Δημιουργία και διατήρηση ολοκληρωμένης τεκμηρίωσης του Έργου.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Απόφοιτος ΑΕΙ Τεχνολογικής/ Μηχανολογικής ή Οικονομικής Κατεύθυνσης.
  • Άριστη γνώση Η/Υ (MS Office, Excel).
  • Εμπειρία σε Διαχείριση Τεχνικών Έργων τουλάχιστον 2 ετών.
  • Δυναμική προσωπικότητα με προσανατολισμό στο αποτέλεσμα.
  • Επικοινωνιακές και διαπραγματευτικές ικανότητες.
  • Μεθοδικότητα, ευελιξία, δυναμισμός και ανάληψη πρωτοβουλιών.
  • Αξιοπιστία, συνέπεια και οργανωτικότητα.
  • Ικανότητα δημιουργίας σχέσεων εμπιστοσύνης.
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών ζητημάτων, τήρηση χρονοδιαγραμμάτων και προθεσμιών.
  • Άριστες δεξιότητες γραπτής & προφορικής επικοινωνίας (Αγγλικά και Ελληνικά).
  • Πιστοποίηση σε PMP/Prince II θα θεωρηθεί πρόσθετο προσόν.
  • Εκπληρωμένες στρατιωτικές υποχρεώσεις.
