As part of its development, Volton strengthens its human resources in Athens and seeks an Operations Administration & Logistics Officer.
The Operations Administration & Logistics Officer is responsible for the daily administrative and operational support of the Operations Department, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of internal processes and the company's supply chain. This position combines office administration, knowledge management, contract and compliance monitoring, and logistics management.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Operations Department, with emphasis on process management and logistics coordination
- Monitor and update contracts and agreements (e.g., with suppliers and customers)
- Support the recording, archiving, and management of internal documents and procedures
- Implement and monitor internal compliance policies and processes
- Collaborate with various departments to collect required documentation and information
- Prepare and submit reports regarding compliance and process performance
- Handle requests for administrative support and ensure timely completion of related tasks
- Maintain communication with external partners to manage administrative projects
- Assist in the preparation of documentation for internal and external audits
- Coordinate the receipt, shipment, and stock control of equipment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in administrative support, logistics, or operations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with contract management and compliance processes is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience in JIRA is a plus
