Product Operations Administrator

The role will:

  • Manage, update, and configure digital product platforms, while liaising with providers to resolve technical issues and optimize systems to meet evolving customer and business needs.
  • Collect, process, and present data related to the usage of products and services.
  • Handle contract management and renewals (in line with procurement procedures) with existing and potential partners.
  • Record user needs (via E-value), propose platform enhancements, and design/execute UAT scenarios for new app and platform functionalities.
  • Monitor the department's budget, track expenses, and register invoices in the ERP system.
  • Coordinate with the Learning team to develop training material for the use of digital product platforms.
  • Create customer lists for win-back, retention, and saving offers.
  • Develop sales scripts to support the promotion of new pricing plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to create product specifications, coordinate testing, and ensure products meet quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Excellent writing & communication skills in both Greek and English.
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to draw conclusions based on data.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with suppliers and internal teams.
