As we continue to grow, for our location in Athens, we're looking for a talented

IT System Administrator

.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and maintain software distribution (OS and software) for the whole group with Matrix42

Empirum (training can be provided)

· Manage Escido printer software (training can be provided)

· 

IT asset management.

Other Responsibilities

· Install, configure and update hardware, software and operating systems

· Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users (onsite and remote)

· Manage user accounts, access rights and security permissions

· Ensure compliance with IT policies, data protection and cybersecurity standards

· Collaborate with external vendors and service providers when needed

· Document IT processes, configurations and system changes

· 

Support IT-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Profile:

· University degree in IT or relevant certified vocational education

· Multiple years of experience with OS/software distribution in enterprise environments (Matrix42

Empirum preferred, but not a must)

· 

Multiple years of experience with Administration and Support of Windows Clients in an en
terprise

environment

· Professional understanding of network topics like Subnetting, Routing, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP

· Professional

understanding of IT Security

· Fluent in English – knowledge of German is a plus.

Good to know/experience in these field would be a bonus:

· Hardware and software asset management

· Administration and Support of M365

· Administration and Support of Microsoft Teams Phone

· Multiple years of experience with the Administration and Support of Windows Server in an enterprise

environment.
