IT Systems Administrator

We're looking for an
IT Systems Administrator
to join our team on behalf of one of our major clients in the banking sector.

Description:

You'll be part of a talented team of Engineers that demonstrate superb technical competency, delivering mission critical services by ensuring system reliability, implementing new features and providing technical support for our Operations.

As an IT Systems Administrator, your role will be crucial in managing and supporting our enterprise email infrastructure, proxy services and user and access rights management systems within our Identity Management system, providing endpoint troubleshooting, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Administer and support
Microsoft Exchange Online
and
Microsoft Exchange 2016
environments

• Manage endpoint devices and policies using
Microsoft Intune
and
Azure Active Directory

• Administer
Citrix Studio
for virtual desktop infrastructure management

•
Identity management system.
Have the appropriate perception regarding Access Rights responsibilities. Perform administration, access rights and user provisioning technical involvement. Business workflows management, detailed analysis and implementation capabilities along with respective day to day tasks.

• Troubleshoot email configuration and usage issues on
Windows 10-11
,
iOS
, and
Android
devices

• Troubleshoot Microsoft Teams issues on
Windows 10-11

• Manage
proxy servers
using
Cisco Security appliances and Umbrella Cloud Proxy

• Communicate effectively in English to create and follow up on support requests with Microsoft engineers, ensuring timely resolution of tickets

• Support VIP users

• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve incidents and improve service quality

You will be a great candidate for this role if you:

• Have solid experience with
Microsoft Exchange Online
and
Exchange 2016
administration

• Are proficient with
Microsoft Intune
and
Azure Active Directory

• Have experience with
Citrix Studio
management

• Possess troubleshooting skills on
Windows 10-11
,
iOS
, and
Android
platforms related to email and collaboration tools.

• Have knowledge of
proxy server
management, specifically
Cisco Security appliances and Umbrella Cloud Proxy

• Demonstrate good command of English, especially for technical communication and support case management

• Are proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills
