Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot issues and handling requests via our ticketing system.

  • Support end users in person or remotely.

  • Administer IT infrastructure environments such as firewall, servers and setting up VPNs etc.

  • Maintain inventory control for hardware and software assets.

  • Setup PCs and laptops, upgrade and install software.

  • Knowledge of backup systems.

  • Documenting IT procedures for hardware and software systems.

  • Sometimes to work after hours/off-peak periods to complete Windows/ Server and network maintenance.

  • Manage Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 licenses.

  • Manage Microsoft OneDrive, Outlook and SharePoint Online-related issues.

Skills / Qualifications / Experience:

  • University Degree, Diploma or Certificate in Computer Science or other related field.

  • Understanding best practices in IT administration & system security.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Relevant experience will be considered as an advantage.

  • Good knowledge of Azure and Intunes will be considered as an advantage.

  • Knowledge of AWS will be considered as advantage.

  • Relocate to Cyprus is required. Work from the office is compulsory.
