Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and desktop systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Administer, configure, and support SharePoint environments, ensuring effective document management and collaboration capabilities.
• Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues promptly.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and security.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure that IT services align with the business needs and strategic goals.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices to improve IT service delivery and user experience.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role, with a strong focus on SharePoint administration.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, systems administration, and network protocols.
• Experience with SharePoint design, implementation, and administration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
