Αναζητούμε Operation & Logistic Managerπου θα ηγηθεί του τμήματος λειτουργιών και εφοδιαστικής αλυσίδας, με στόχο τηναποτελεσματικότητα, την ακρίβεια και την κερδοφορία.

Καθήκοντα

  • Οργάνωση, παρακολούθηση και βελτιστοποίηση της εφοδιαστικής αλυσίδας (παραλαβές, αποθήκη, δρομολόγια διανομών).
  • Διασφάλιση έγκαιρης και άρτιας εξυπηρέτησης πελατών.
  • Ανάπτυξη και παρακολούθηση KPIs για αποθήκη, logistics, κόστος μεταφορών και επίπεδα εξυπηρέτησης.
  • Συντονισμός ομάδας (οδηγοί, αποθήκη, προμήθειες) με στόχο την αποδοτικότητα και την πειθαρχία διαδικασιών.
  • Εφαρμογή πολιτικών μείωσης κόστους και βελτίωσης παραγωγικότητας.
  • Συνεργασία με εμπορικό τμήμα για προγραμματισμό ζήτησης και αποθεμάτων.
  • Ενσωμάτωση νέων τεχνολογιών (ERP/WMS, route planning, dashboards).
  • Διασφάλιση υγείας & ασφάλειας στον χώρο εργασίας και συμμόρφωση με κανονισμούς.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο σε Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Logistics ή συναφή τομέα (Μεταπτυχιακό επιθυμητό).
  • Εμπειρία 5+ ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση σε εταιρεία τροφίμων ή HoReCa.
  • Άριστη γνώση διαδικασιών αποθήκης & logistics.
  • Εμπειρία στη διαχείριση ομάδας και στην ανάπτυξη KPIs.
  • Χρήση ERP / WMS και MS Excel σε προχωρημένο επίπεδο.
  • Οργανωτικές και αναλυτικές ικανότητες, ηγεσία και αποφασιστικότητα.
