We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented and customer-focused
Documentation Officer
to join our
Customer Care
team in
Piraeus office
.

Responsibilities & Duties:

· Send loading confirmations to customers

· Prepare and submit local customs declarations

· Coordinate operational changes following booking or call closure

· Audit documentation for risks and escalate when necessary

· Physical and/or web printing of OBLs

· Perform pre-invoicing checks and controls

· Ensure full compliance with the "No Document, No Load" policy

· Monitor and resolve missing or incorrect cargo-in-transit updates

· Investigate and manage incorrect or missing partner code issues

Requirements & Skills:

· University Degree in Maritime and/or Business Administration or relevant Degree

· Up to 3 years in a relevant role

· Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills

· Full professional proficiency in both Greek and English

· Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

· Solid geographical knowledge (shipping routes, ports, etc.)

· Strong organizational skills and time management
