We are looking for a E-Commerce Coordinator based in our offices in Athens – Kolonos to evolve our dynamics in Greece and Cyprus.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure alignment with overall company objectives to drive sustainable growth and maximize profitability.
  • Drive efforts to enhance the online customer journey, utilizing user behavior insights, product recommendations, and conversion paths.
  • Prepare regular reports on channel performance, presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on data analysis.
  • Stay informed on e-commerce trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
  • Develop innovative solutions to improve user experience and customer journey, enhancing customer retention and loyalty.
  • Freely share knowledge, insight, best practices, tactics, and ideas.
  • Ensure knowledge of the digital marketing industry is kept up to date and relevant by networking/researching/reading blogs and news sources.
Requirements
  • Keen on Innovation and Technology.
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Economics, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Marketing or Statistics. Master's is a plus.
  • Established sense of duty and ownership.
  • Fluent in Greek & English.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets & PowerPoint.
  • Excellent knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Meta Ads, Prestashop or similar e-commerce platforms).
  • Analytical thinking and capability to understand business requirements.
  • Ability to translate business indicators into actionable strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
