Digital & Ε-commerce Manager

GEPAWORLD, the force behind sportswear brands GSA and JEPA, is looking for a Digital Manager to drive our online presence and push our digital strategy to the next level.

What You'll Do
Lead the execution and evolution of our digital strategy across all platforms
Manage and continuously improve our e-shops' performance and UX
Expand our reach and impact across marketplaces
Plan and execute powerful digital campaigns with a clear performance focus
Launch and optimize Meta Ads and other paid social campaigns
Track, analyze, and report on KPIs using Google Analytics and other tools
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand presence
Stay sharp—spot trends early, test new tools, and keep us ahead of the curve
What You Bring
3-5 years in digital marketing or e-commerce, with hands-on experience
Expertise with Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager
Strong understanding of digital commerce platforms and campaign metrics
A mix of creativity and analytical thinking
A passion for sports, fashion, or lifestyle brands (huge bonus)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Fluency in Greek and English
