Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Ελάχιστη επαγγελματική εμπειρία δύο (2) ετών σε ρόλο Marketing
  • Ικανότητα σχεδιασμού και υλοποίησης ενεργειών marketing με πρακτική, hands-on προσέγγιση
  • Καλή γνώση της ελληνικής αγοράς και κατανόηση των τάσεων στο offline & online περιβάλλον
  • Ικανότητα ανάλυσης δεδομένων και παρακολούθησης βασικών δεικτών απόδοσης (KPIs)
  • Άριστη γνώση Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel) και βασικών εργαλείων reporting
  • Ισχυρές οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης και ανάπτυξης e-commerce συνεργασιών
  • Ικανότητα προγραμματισμού και υλοποίηση προωθητικών ενεργειών [offline & online]
  • Ικανότητα ανάλυσης δεδομένων και ανταγωνισμού [για προτάσεις βελτίωσης, σε offline & online περιβάλλον]

Επιθυμητά Προσόντα

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε παραφαρμακευτικά προϊόντα, δερμοκαλλυντικά ή σε αντίστοιχο περιβάλλον
  • Γνώση CMS ή ERP συστημάτων και εξοικείωση με βασικές e-commerce λειτουργίες
  • Κατανόηση της λειτουργίας e-shop και marketplaces
  • Κατανόηση του digital marketing [paid ads, κλπ]
  • Ικανότητα συντονισμού και υποστήριξης digital ενεργειών, όπου απαιτείται
