E-commerce Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented team member to join our leading mother & baby e-commerce shop in Athens.
If you are passionate about e-commerce and eager to grow your skills in a dynamic and friendly environment, we'd love to meet you
Main Responsibilities
• Daily management and operation of B2C & B2B e-commerce platforms (order processing, product listings, content updates, monitoring, etc.)
• Assistance with packaging: preparation, collection, and execution of customer orders
• Coordination and monitoring of courier services, invoicing, and archiving
• Technical support for e-commerce platform functionalities and coordination with external partners when needed
Requirements
• Proven experience in e-commerce and familiarity with ERP systems
• Excellent command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail, reliability, and team spirit
• Marketing knowledge or experience will be considered a strong plus
