Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Assistant located in Patras. The Sales Assistant will support the sales team in managing customer relationships, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth sales transactions. Responsibilities include assisting in organizing sales processes, maintaining records, preparing documentation, following up on client communications, and supporting customer service efforts to enhance client satisfaction and operational effectiveness.

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and proven Customer Service expertise
  • Excellent Communication abilities for engaging effectively with clients and team members
  • Sales acumen with a focus on achieving targets and building relationships
  • Proficient Organization Skills to manage tasks, schedules, and documentation efficiently
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
