Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Assistant located in Athens. The Retail Sales Assistant will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, providing product information, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining the store's appearance, stocking products, and supporting sales efforts through effective communication and customer service.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Customer Experience skills
  • Retail Sales and Sales skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Previous experience in retail or a related field is a plus
  • Knowledge of outdoor gear and activities is beneficial
