Commercial & Logistics Coordinator — Myran (Athens)

Myran is Greece's leading Scandinavian furniture and interiors retailer. We're looking for a Commercial & Logistics Coordinator to join our small, collaborative team.

You'll manage logistics coordination, commercial administration (invoicing, ERP entries, A/R & A/P), and support daily operations across retail, contract projects, and e-commerce.

You will:


• Coordinate shipments & deliveries


• Work with suppliers, partners & installers


• Handle invoicing, credits & ERP updates


• Track stock levels and update financial/admin records


• Support our retail & contract sales teams


• Assist with general office operations

You have:


• 2+ yrs experience in logistics/operations/admin


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


• Good communication in Greek & English


• ERP & MS Office/Google Workspace proficiency


• Interest in design or furniture (a plus)
