H Vector, εταιρία με πολυετή εμπειρία στον κατασκευαστικό κλάδο, πρωτοπόρα στην παροχή EPCM (Engineering Procurement Construction Management) υπηρεσιών, αναζητά Commercial Coordinator.

ΑΡΜΟΔΙΟΤΗΤΕΣ:

  • Καταγράφει και ενημερώνει το πελατολόγιο της εμπορικής διεύθυνσης
  • Οργανώνει και παρακολουθεί τις εσωτερικές και εξωτερικές συναντήσεις της εμπορικής ομάδας
  • Παρακολουθεί τις εμπορικές επαφές και υποστηρίζει ενεργά την ομάδα στην οργάνωση ενεργειών προσέγγισης νέων ή δυνητικών πελάτων
  • Ευθύνεται για τον συντονισμό και την προετοιμασία της οικονομικής και τεχνικής προσφοράς στον πελάτη
  • Ευθύνεται για την πληρότητα του φακέλου υποβολής προσφοράς στον πελάτη
  • Δημιουργεί τον νέο φάκελο του έργου προσφοράς με όλα τα σχέδια κλπ του διαγωνισμού τα οποία και ανανεώνει καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια του διαγωνισμού και ταυτόχρονα ενημερώνει τα συνεργαζόμενα τμήματα
  • Καταγράφει και συντονίζει το χρονοδιάγραμμα για τις κρίσιμες ημερομηνίες, όπως υποβολή ερωτήσεων, κατάθεση προσφοράς και προγραμματισμένες αυτοψίες
  • Υποβάλει όλα τα ερωτήματα του διαγωνισμού.
  • Συλλέγει και ελέγχει όλα τα απαραίτητα έγγραφα της τεχνικής προσφοράς από τα αρμόδια τμήματα (οργανόγραμμα έργου, τεχνική έκθεση κλπ)
  • Ευθύνεται για την επικαιροποίηση των νομιμοποιητικών εγγράφων της εταιρίας.
  • Ενημερώνει το αρχείο προσφορών.
  • Παρακολουθεί τα νέα έργα που αναλαμβάνει η εταιρία και ενημερώνει το Marketing
  • Δημιουργεί για κάθε έργο που ολοκληρώνεται παρουσίαση με οπτικό ακουστικό υλικό σε συνεργασία με το Marketing
  • Προετοιμάζει τις εμπορικές παρουσιάσεις
  • Συμμετέχει στην επικοινωνία με τους πελάτες για την αξιολόγηση της εμπειρίας και της

ικανοποίησης τους από την εκτέλεση των έργων

ΑΠΑΙΤΟΥΜΕΝΑ ΠΡΟΣΟΝΤΑ:

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ ή ΤΕΙ Μηχανικού/Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων
  • Βασική γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας
  • Γνώση H/Y, MS Office
  • Εργασιακή εμπειρία σε ανάλογη θέση
  • Υπευθυνότητα, πρωτοβουλία μέσα στο πλαίσιο των αρμοδιοτήτων του και εστίαση στο αποτέλεσμα
  • Ευχέρεια στην επικοινωνία
