Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding support to Italian-speaking clients across various communication channels.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues with efficiency and care.
- Educate clients on our products and services to enhance their understanding and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions to contribute to service improvement processes.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high service standards and exceed client expectations.
- Engage in training sessions to deepen your knowledge of our offerings and best support practices.
- Fluency in Italian is essential; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A customer service mindset with a genuine desire to assist others.
- Experience in client support or a related role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
