Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional remote support to Italian-speaking customers via various communication platforms.

  • Document interactions meticulously to support ongoing improvements in our services.

Requirements
  • Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential for this role. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Technical proficiency and a knack for troubleshooting are highly valued.
  • Prior experience in remote support or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
