We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic
Marketing Assistant
to support our Marketing team in day-to-day activities. This role involves assisting with social media content, coordinating with agencies and vendors, preparing marketing materials, and helping execute campaigns both online and in-store. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and eager to grow within a dynamic marketing environment.

Responsibilities

Implements the social media marketing plan under the guidance of the Marketing & Communications Manager.

Creates the monthly content calendar for social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).

Prepares the marketing material (in-store & digital) to enhance brand awareness and product promotion.

Liaise with external vendors (graphic designers, agencies, suppliers) to ensure effective execution of marketing activities.

Handles customer communication through social media, including support of the Loyalty Program (Starbucks Rewards).

Supports CSR activities, events, and internal communications, including in-store support for new launches and brand activations.

Executes the daily administrative tasks of the marketing department.

Your Profile

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree is an asset.

1–2 years of experience in a similar role, or strong internship experience (preferably in retail, FMCG, or agency environment).

Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Creative mindset with an eye for detail.

Good communication skills in Greek & English (written and spoken).
