International Markets Supervisor

RE/MAX Properties Investment with 6 offices in Greece, Syntagma, Chalandri, Glyfada, Santorini, Kalamata and Kyparissia, has an opening for the position of International Markets Supervisor. The position is located in our office in Kifisias Av. in Chalandri. Our firm is very active in international markets on real estate with many strategic collaborations worldwide and with a very big pool of international buyers. RE/MAX Properties Investment is the #1 office in RE/MAX Network for 2020 and it is awarded from European Property Awards as consequently on 2019 and 2020 in Greece as the " Best single real estate office "

Responsibilities

* Every day communication with our agencies worldwide for servicing

international buyers.

* Every day management of the Greek real estate agents and their

Properties for promotion in the international portals .

* Organizing and executing live streaming video shows.

* Participation in international exhibitions or roadshows* Build new

opportunities for cooperation worldwide .

* Development and building new partnerships with new agencies in

Asia, Europe , USA and Latin America countries .

*Scheduling and organizing the property visits in Greece of the

international buyers

Skills

* University degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing,

or another related field.

* Excellent command of the Greek and English languages. Chinese or

Arabic will be considered as extra advantage.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills

* Very good command of excel MS OFFICE

* 2 years of high-level administrative or Executive Assistant experience

* customer service skills required

* Positive and proactive approach to work
