Back Office Employee

Your Role:

As a Back Office Employee, you will play a key part in keeping our processes organized and our clients satisfied. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Managing calls and emails efficiently.

Communicating with clients in a professional and approachable manner.

Handling administrative tasks — correspondence, scheduling, property viewings, and meetings.

Organizing and monitoring incoming property demands and offers.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of properties, documents, and client requirements.

Assisting in property-demand matching.

Creating engaging presentations (InDesign & PowerPoint).

Updating and maintaining the company website.

Collaborating with developers and external partners.

Preparing mandates and supporting various projects.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree.

Excellent written and spoken
Greek and English
.

Strong skills in
Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and
InDesign
.

Outstanding organizational and communication skills.

High attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Interest in the real estate sector (any relevant experience is a plus).
