A commercial company is seeking to hire a trainee for the position of Back Office & Sales Support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Issuing documents (delivery notes, invoices, credit notes)
  • Recording customer payments in the database, reconciling customer accounts, and monitoring outstanding invoices
  • Continuously tracking and updating customers on the status of their orders
  • Communicating with the warehouse and monitoring inventory levels

Requirements:

  • University/College degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (preferred)
  • Very good command of the English language
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, CRM, Billing); knowledge of Softone is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Responsibility and reliability
  • Team spirit and ability to collaborate with all departments
