Position Summary – Payroll Specialist

As we continue to grow, we're seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and managing all aspects of payroll for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, maintain strict confidentiality, and have a strong understanding of payroll systems, tax requirements, and best practices. This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

The key responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Providing payroll services to corporate clients
  • Delivering excellent client service
  • Working in a team of qualified, highly motivated professionals
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and be resourceful in making them happen

The key requirements of this role are:

  • 5+ years of professional experience, in payroll services
  • Knowledge and experience to the information system of the Hellenic Ministry of labor (ERGANI)
  • Understanding and having proven knowledge of employee work legislation (overtimes, employee shift management etc) – experience in the hospitality sector will be considered as a plus;
  • Knowledge and experience with EPSILONET Hyper and Pylon software systems will be consider as a great asset;
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English is a must
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office and other payroll programs
