Serving the Greek market, Mypay SA provides free EU IBAN professional accounts and a comprehensive acquiring solution for both in-store POS payments and online transactions via our e-commerce gateway. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Specialist, located in Chalándri. The Back Office Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Monitor active customers and support daily operations
  • Organize POS installations and track deliveries
  • Handle second-level support via ticketing system
  • Coordinate with external service providers (e.g. couriers, technicians)
  • Communicate with prospective clients on incoming inquiries
  • Support the onboarding of new customers (KYC processes, document verification)
  • Track KYC process stages for new clients
  • Contact customers to correct or complete missing documentation
  • Notify customers of rejected applications due to non-compliance (e.g. KYC/AML requirements)

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Back Office or Operations role
  • Good understanding of KYC procedures and regulatory framework (a plus)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) & CRM systems
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and accountability skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
