Our world class AI-enabled, Big Data analytics platform, analyses data collected from different sources (smartphone, OBD, connected cars etc.) which can determine the driving risk and different mobility patterns. Leveraging advanced Machine Learning, we achieve with great accuracy the detection of several risk factors including aggressive braking & acceleration events, driving over the speed limits and mobile use while driving.
Role
As a Personal & Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the company on a day to day basis, oversee the workspace, ensure an efficient and productive environment for our team and support the Senior Management, with focus on CEOs working life and communication. Specifically, you will be asked to:
- Act as the point of contact for the CEO and managers of the company
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Make travel arrangements
- Produce reports and briefs
- Devise and maintain office filing system
- Assist on accounting procedures and policies
- Review and maintain the working environment and arrange necessary repairs
- Manage IT equipment and office supplies
- Liaise with staff, suppliers and clients
- Assist on company events, parties or conferences organization
- Prepare letters, presentations and reports
- Deal with correspondence, complaints and queries
- Provide general support to visitors
Requirements
Must have skills:
- 2+ years proven experience as an Office Manager, Personal or Administrative Assistant
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Discretion and confidentiality
Nice to have:
- University Degree in a related field
- Work experience in Tech companies
