Executive Assistant to the CEO
based at our central offices in Athens.

Role Purpose
This role requires excellent communication and multitasking skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic retail environment. The Executive Assistant will serve as a key liaison between the CEO, the Commercial Director, internal teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting strategic initiatives.
Key Accountabilities
- Organize, manage, and adapt the daily agenda of the CEO and the Commercial Director, including meetings, appointments, and conference calls, with constant prioritization adjustments.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring proper filtering, prioritization, and follow-ups.
- Monitor pending issues, reminders, and follow-up actions to ensure timely execution.
- Receive, review, and manage documents requiring the CEO's signature, ensure proper filing, document processing, and circulation to the relevant stakeholders.
- Organize business travel for the CEO, board members, senior executives, and staff as needed, including bookings for flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Verify all travel-related invoices (tickets, hotels, transportation), record travel purposes, attach supporting documentation, and forward approved expenses to Accounting.
- Coordinate with other departments and external partners/vendors on matters related to the CEO and executive travel.
- Prepare and distribute daily attica store reports to relevant departments.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate meetings, conferences, events, and presentations.
- Provide assistance with personal matters when required, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
Skills/Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role, ideally in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Excellent command of English and Greek, both verbal and written.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and foster collaboration at all levels.
- Problem-solving mindset with initiative and adaptability.
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
