Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a creative and results-driven
Marketing Specialist
to join our Marketing team, managing daily activities and ensuring marketing initiatives are executed smoothly and effectively. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role requires a mix of analytical thinking, creativity, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

· Supports the planning and execution of 360° multi-channel marketing campaigns (ATL & BTL).

· Collaborates with media and advertising agencies to plan and execute paid media campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality outcomes, and effective evaluation of proposals.

· Prepares accurate briefs for external vendors, ensuring all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

· Monitors and reports on the effectiveness of offline and online campaigns using analytics tools, identifying opportunities for optimization.

· Designs and implements of the company's Loyalty Program to drive customer retention and engagement.

· Executes employer branding campaigns across LinkedIn and other platforms to boost awareness and visibility among potential candidates.

· Partners with the operations team to develop local store marketing initiatives, leveraging content and insights from daily in-store activities.

Your Profile

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree is an asset.

· –4 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in retail, FMCG, or agency environment).

· Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).

· Fluency in Greek & English (written and spoken).

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

· Proactive and flexible with a high level of commitment to teamwork.

· Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to evolving business needs.
