We are Webartstudio, a rapidly growing company based in Chalandri, Athens.

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Performance Specialist to join our team.

What your typical day will look like

You can rest assured that no two days will look the same. You will work in a very fast paced environment, managing some important media accounts. Besides that, some typical day-to-day tasks
include:

  • Setting goals & KPIs regarding search marketing campaigns. Monitoring progress against KPIs and proposing all necessary actions in order to achieve goals.
  • Setting up Google Ads, Ads for Video (YouTube), Facebook Ads, Tiktok Ads
  • Analyzing current keywords, researching and recommending new ones where applicable
  • Analyzing our campaigns and landing pages vs the competition
  • Setting up custom reports in Google Analytics.
  • Setting up remarketing lists & conversion tracking
  • Reporting to clients on a weekly or monthly basis. Creating pre-defined or custom reports depending on stakeholder needs.
  • Staying up to date on the latest industry developments

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 3 years prior experience (agency or client side) in managing Ads accounts in Google, Meta, Tiktok, Linkedin
  • Proven results (especially with e-commerce / conversion oriented campaigns) managing Google Ads in both Search & Display Networks
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and especially with advanced features like Custom Reports, Advanced Segments, Analytics Remarketing etc
  • Experience with Meta Ads. Experience with other social ad platforms such as Linkedin Ads, Titktok Ads, Instagram.
  • You must be a Google Ads Fundamentals & Google Search certified individual
  • Very good working knowledge of MS-Excel. Understanding of statistics is a plus.
