Legrand Greece is looking for a dedicated Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in Athens and contribute to delivering exceptional support and services to our customers.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and effective technical support to customers and internal teams via phone or email.
  • Diagnose and resolve product issues, guiding users through step-by-step solutions.
  • Document and monitor customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in the support ticketing system (Salesforce).
  • Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and new technologies to ensure accurate and up-to-date support.
  • Prepare project quotations and technical proposals tailored to customer needs.
  • Support the internal technical team by offering expertise on Legrand's wide range of products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in product marketing plans, support new product launches, and develop promotional materials such as brochures, technical guides, and website content.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, understanding their requirements and providing appropriate solutions
What We're Looking For:
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering from a University or Technical Institution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in written and oral communication in English and Greek.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is not required but will be considered an asset.
  • A genuine interest in electrical and digital building solutions.
