Are you ready to take the next step in your sales career and contribute to innovative building solutions? Legrand Greece is currently seeking a Sales Engineer to join our Commercial team in Athens. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strong client relationships and delivering tailored solutions that support our partners across a wide range of B2B projects Key Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients.
  • Identify client needs and present effective solutions from Legrand's comprehensive portfolio.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Track market trends, monitor competition, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide technical consultation throughout the sales process, from pre-sales to after-sales support.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (technical, marketing, logistics) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare detailed project quotations and commercial proposals.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (University-level).
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Sales Engineer role or engineering position with project involvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Flexibility to travel across Greece for client meetings and site visits.
