Sales Representative Haier
The challenge
The Sales Representative plays a crucial role in managing and nurturing relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for building strong partnerships, maximizing client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to ensure the success and retention of accounts.
What You Will Do
- Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with BGI clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all business-related activities.
- Implement account management plans, including the achievement of annual and monthly sales targets for Haier MDA and SDA product lines.
- Drive brand visibility and awareness by implementing brand enhancement initiatives, including the negotiation and placement of branded displays, POP materials, and execution of local advertising plans.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess evolving needs, address concerns, and propose tailored solutions that align with their strategic objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments, such as marketing, service, logistics and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and exceptional customer experience.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
- Continuously monitor industry trends, market dynamics (local and national), and competitive activities to proactively identify opportunities and mitigate potential risks.
- Prepare and deliver detailed reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to internal stakeholders.
- Manage contract negotiations, credit notes, and pricing discussions in collaboration with the BGI Sales Manager.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing teams to provide client feedback and market insights, contributing to the optimization of the product portfolio.
- Contribute in creating the ideal sales tools like enrichment of current brochures, e-shop content etc. assist customers in enriching their ideal e-shop content and helping them identify the USPs needed for achieving sell out targets.
- Perform merchandising activities such as checking product sample conditions, ensuring optimal placement in high-traffic areas, and maintaining the quality and visibility of POP materials etc.
What You Need To Succeed
- Proven sales and account management expertise, with a demonstrated ability to manager key accounts and consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Strong knowledge of MDA and/or SDA industry and market dynamics.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills, essential for managing client interactions and achieving mutually beneficial agreements.
- Analytical thinking, with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and develop data-driven proposals for the BGI Regional Manager
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability manage priorities, multitask effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive and self-driven attitude, with a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel to meet clients accordingly to monthly plans.
Professional Experience
3-5 years of proven experience of MDA/SDA sales or in relevant customer relationship management roles.
Languages
Proficient in English
Education
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
