Η Mellon Technologies επιθυμεί να προσλάβει Custody Operations Administrator - Υπάλληλο Θεματοφυλακής για λογαριασμό μεγάλου Χρηματοπιστωτικού Οργανισμού.

Περιγραφή καθηκόντων:

  • Επεξεργασία συναλλαγών (καταχώρηση, αντιστοίχιση και εντολές διακανονισμού προς συμμετέχοντες της αγοράς).
  • Επικοινωνία με αντισυμβαλλομένους για την εκτέλεση προκαταρκτικού ελέγχου/προ-αντιστοίχισης εντολών.
  • Διαχείριση εταιρικών πράξεων (υποχρεωτικών και προαιρετικών).
  • Διαχείριση είσπραξης εσόδων (τοκομερίδια/μερίσματα).
  • Υποστήριξη θεσμικών πελατών σε φορολογικές υπηρεσίες (μείωση φόρου στην πηγή, επιστροφές φόρων).
  • Δημιουργία και αποστολή μηνυμάτων SWIFT σχετικά με διακανονισμούς και εταιρικές πράξεις.
  • Επικοινωνία και εξυπηρέτηση αιτημάτων πελατών.
  • Στενή συνεργασία με λοιπά Τμήματα της Τράπεζας, Θεματοφύλακες (εγχώριους και διεθνείς), καθώς και με λοιπούς συμμετέχοντες και αντισυμβαλλομένους της αγοράς.
Requirements

  • Πτυχίο Οικονομικών.

  • Επιθυμητή εργασιακή εμπειρία σε ανάλογη θέση.

  • Καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας.

  • Καλή γνώση προγραμμάτων Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, κ.λπ.).

  • Ικανότητα εργασίας με ακριβή και αυστηρά πρωτόκολλα.
  • Ανεπτυγμένη ικανότητα επικοινωνίας.
