Due to the continuous growth of our company, we are currently looking for a Junior Custody Operations Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Process transactions, settlements, and corporate actions.
  • Validate and pre-match orders with counterparties.
  • Handle income collection (coupons/dividends) and tax services.
  • Prepare SWIFT messages for settlements and corporate actions.
  • Support client requests and collaborate with internal units, custodians, and market participants.

Qualifications

  • University Degree preferably in Economics, Banking, Finance and Science.
  • Knowledge of Investment products (Equities, Bonds and Mutual Funds).
  • Very good knowledge of Excel and MS Office.
  • Fluency in Greek and in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Multi-tasking and organizational skills, ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
