επιθυμεί να προσλάβει Custody Operations Administrator για λογαριασμό μεγάλου Χρηματοπιστωτικού Οργανισμού στην Αθήνα.

Responsibilities:

  • Επεξεργασία συναλλαγών (καταχώρηση, αντιστοίχιση και εντολές διακανονισμού προς συμμετέχοντες της αγοράς)
  • Επικοινωνία με αντισυμβαλλομένους για την εκτέλεση προκαταρκτικού ελέγχου/προ-αντιστοίχισης εντολών
  • Διαχείριση εταιρικών πράξεων (υποχρεωτικών και προαιρετικών)
  • Διαχείριση είσπραξης εσόδων (τοκομερίδια/μερίσματα)
  • Υποστήριξη θεσμικών πελατών σε φορολογικές υπηρεσίες (μείωση φόρου στην πηγή, επιστροφές φόρων)
  • Δημιουργία και αποστολή μηνυμάτων SWIFT σχετικά με διακανονισμούς και εταιρικές πράξεις
  • Επικοινωνία και εξυπηρέτηση αιτημάτων πελατών
  • Στενή συνεργασία με λοιπά Τμήματα της Τράπεζας, Θεματοφύλακες (εγχώριους και διεθνείς), καθώς και με λοιπούς συμμετέχοντες και αντισυμβαλλομένους της αγοράς

Requirements

  • Πτυχίο Οικονομικών
  • Bασικές γνώσεις σε ομόλογα , μετοχές και αμοιβαία κεφάλαια
  • Επιθυμητή εργασιακή εμπειρία σε ανάλογη θέση
  • Καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας
  • Καλή γνώση προγραμμάτων Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, κ.λπ.)
  • Ικανότητα εργασίας με ακριβή και αυστηρά πρωτόκολλα
  • Ανεπτυγμένη ικανότητα επικοινωνίας
