The Junior Imports Administrator will report to the Imports Manager and his/her responsibilities will include:

· Ensuring the accurate monitoring of all import files.

· Preparing and reviewing all necessary documentation for imports including invoices, packing lists and custom declarations.

· Co-operating with customs agent to ensure that all customs clearance processes are properly followed.

· Communicating daily with the logistics provider to arrange transportation and timely delivery of the goods in the Company's warehouse.

· Performing key reconciliations in regards to import costs and suppliers' data.

The ideal candidate should:

· Hold a University/TEI diploma in Business Administration/Logistics or a related filed.

· Have an excellent command of the English language and strong communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders

· Be detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in documentation and compliance

· Have 2-3 years of experience in a relevant position.

· Have knowledge in ERP systems and be an experienced user of MS Office, especially in excel.

· Have knowledge/ experience in basic accounting procedures

· Take initiative and have the ability to analyze data.
