Role Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Administrator to join our HR team in Greece on a one year fixed term contract with the potential for renewal and consideration for a permanent position upon contract completion.
This entry-level role is ideal for someone who has recently completed HR-related studies and is eager to begin a career in Human Resources.
The position offers hands-on exposure to payroll, governmental labor reporting (ERGANI), the Digital Work Card system, and various generalist HR functions such as recruitment, training, and employee support.
This is a great opportunity to gain well-rounded experience in HR and grow within a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll & Labor Reporting Support:
- Assist in preparing and validating monthly payroll data in collaboration with external providers.
- Help maintain accurate records of absences, overtime, and employee changes.
- Support the process of statutory contributions, tax declarations, and relevant documentation.
Governmental Compliance (ERGANI & Digital Card):
- Support the team in preparing and submitting ERGANI declarations (hiring, terminations, schedule changes, etc.).
- Monitor the Digital Work Card (Ψηφιακή Κάρτα Εργασίας) system and ensure accurate time tracking and reporting.
- Help ensure compliance with labor regulations through proper documentation and updates.
HR Administrative Support:
- Maintain employee files and HR records with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in drafting contracts, employment letters, and HR documents.
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures.
General HR Support:
- Assist in recruitment processes such as job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination.
- Help organize training sessions, track participation, and prepare relevant materials.
- Support HR systems and contribute to benefits and compensation administration.
- Support HR Reporting across key HR metrics.
- Participate in ongoing HR projects and initiatives.
- Assist in ad-hoc HR projects as required

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory.
- Demonstrated interest in Human Resources through academic focus, internships, or personal development.
- Previous experience in HR, payroll, or administrative roles is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with Greek labor legislation and ERGANI processes is desirable but can be developed on the job.
- Strong organizational, detail oriented and time-management skills.
- High level of accuracy, discretion, and a proactive approach to learning.
- Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with a wide range of people
- Ability to succeed in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Fluent in Greek and proficient in English.
