As a
Human Resources Business Partner for our Stores
, you will act as the key HR liaison between the Store teams and the Head Office. You will implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives, support Store Managers with all HR-related matters, and enhance the employee experience across our retail network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement HR strategies and procedures across the Stores and act as the liaison with the Head Office.
  • Talent Management & Performance: deliver learning strategies, identify training needs, monitor training plans, and support Performance Management processes.
  • Talent Acquisition: manage the recruitment and selection process, participate in interviews, oversee onboarding and ensure an excellent employee experience.
  • Employee Experience (EXI): coordinate surveys, hold meetings with Store Leaders and Managers, and participate in actions to enhance employee engagement.
  • Compensation & Benefits: identify and communicate store needs, handle employee queries, liaise with the C&B team.
  • Budgeting: create and monitor Store HR budgets and support Managers in productivity and workforce decisions.
  • Advise and coach Store Leaders on HR issues (evaluations, exits, employee relations).
  • Participate in Store projects, events, committees, and talent review days.
  • Oversee health & safety compliance and manage Occupational Doctor visits

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role (ideally in Retail).
  • Solid understanding of Talent Management, Recruitment, and Employee Experience.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Very good command of English
