HR Business Partner

As an HR Business Partner you will:
  • Provide HR support and advice on human resources issues to both People Managers and employees related to organizational structure, recruitment, performance management, learning and talent development, compensation & benefits, and policies & procedures
  • Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to identify the recruitment needs, monitor the recruitment process, conduct the HR interview, participate in the selection process, and handle the job offer process
  • Implement the annual performance management process, providing advice to Directors, Managers and employees throughout the year
  • Participate in the calibration meetings, providing all the necessary information to Managers and bringing the HR point of view for decision making
  • Discuss the learning needs, monitor the evolution of the individual development plans and provide relevant input to the L&D team
  • Use and analyze People data and dashboards to help the business make informed people decisions
  • Help build and maintain a strong organizational culture and continuously improve the employee experience
  • Build communication channels with employees and stay up-to-date on work-related matters
  • Collaborate closely with the CoEs and provide input from the business.
Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:
  • At least 4-5 years of proven work experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
  • MSc in Human Resources or another relevant degree
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines, practices & methodologies
  • Proficiency in MS Office and use of HRIS and Application Tracking systems
  • Ability to acquire fast a thorough understanding of the strategy and business of assigned departments
  • Excellent command of the English language (oral & written)
  • Relevant experience in the ICT sector will be considered as an asset.
