dynamic Area Export Sales Manager
to join our growing team.You will be responsible for developing and expanding our international sales network, managing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and representing medbest at trade fairs worldwide.⊃ Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow the company's sales network in assigned territories.
- Understand customer needs, present new products, and provide consultative support.
- Train customers on product usage and the growth potential they offer and ensure smooth implementation of agreements.
- Request and manage offers from the pricing team, handle contract-related aspects, and coordinate with internal teams to support client agreements.
- Monitor sales results, promotional activities, and market trends, proposing corrective actions where needed.
- Participate in international exhibitions and organize promotional activities.
- Collect market and competitor insights to shape strategy in cooperation with the Exports Director.
- Support monthly and annual sales reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure timely deliveries, payment collection, and adherence to credit policies.
- Conduct regular visits to existing and potential clients abroad (approx. 20% travel).
⊃ Required Qualifications:
- University degree.
- Excellent command of English (additional languages a plus).
- Excellent PC literacy.
- Minimum 5 years' sales experience.
- At least 3 years in export sales, preferably with an existing network of contacts.
- Willingness and availability to travel internationally (approx. 20% of working time).
- Strong, confident personality with integrity, discretion, and self-motivation.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and ambitious.
