Export Manager
to join our team and drive our international sales strategy forward.
Role Overview
As an
Export Manager
, you will be responsible for developing and executing our international sales and distribution strategy. You will identify new business opportunities abroad, build relationships with distributors and key partners, and ensure sustainable growth in our export markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the export sales strategy aligned with company goals
- Manage and grow existing international accounts and develop new markets
- Identify potential partners, distributors, and customers abroad
- Negotiate commercial agreements and terms
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and documentation
- Attend international food exhibitions and represent the company globally
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and marketing teams to meet customer needs
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and export KPIs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in exports, preferably in the food industry
- Solid understanding of international trade procedures and documentation
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to travel
