Plomari Distillery Isidoros Arvanitis S.A. is a renowned beverage company with a rich history and a portfolio of award-winning products, dedicated to quality and innovation. We are expanding our Exports Sales team to support our growing operations in both international exports and domestic market.

Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Area Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will support both our international and domestic sales efforts by managing and coordinating sales and export activities. The ideal candidate will have a moderate experience in key account management or wholesale management, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of trade, logistics, and customer support across markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to expand our market presence internationally and domestically
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with both international and domestic customers and distributors
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to all markets
  • Help in negotiating pricing and terms with customers and partners across regions
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote our brand
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
  • Provide administrative and back-office support to the Domestic and Exports Sales Manager
  • Perform sales reporting and forecasting to support strategic planning and decision-making
  • Manage documentation and internal systems related to orders, shipments, and sales performance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in exports, domestic sales, international trade, or a related role, preferably in the spirits or beverage industry
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, export regulations, and documentation requirements
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in Greek and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes

Prefered Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP systems and export/sales management software
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI
  • Knowledge of the spirits industry and its global and local market dynamics
