Inside Sales Specialist

Location:
Athens, Greece ( Syggrou Avenue area).

Model of work:
On-site.

Salary range:
Up to 2.100 GROSS ( x 14 salaries).

Are you a driven and ambitious professional with a passion for sales and technology?

We're looking for a
highly motivated Inside Sales Specialist
to join our growing team and help us identify and engage new business opportunities across international markets.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our
marketing and sales teams
to develop qualified opportunities, manage outreach campaigns, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals. You'll be interacting directly with senior executives, using your communication and influencing skills to build strong business relationships and drive results.


What You'll Do

  • Identify and research potential clients using tools like Sales Navigator.
  • Engage with senior executives through phone, email, and social media.
  • Support targeted marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
  • Create and refine sales scripts to enhance lead generation.
  • Manage CRM data to ensure accuracy and reporting integrity.
  • Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and sales teams to optimize pipeline quality.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to adapt strategies and achieve targets.


What You'll Bring

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Banking, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in inside sales or business development within a software/tech environment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Target-driven mindset with high energy and a proactive attitude.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.
