Τίτλος: Operations Executive

Ο/Η επιτυχής υποψήφιος/α θα ενταχθεί στην ομάδα της Shore Excursion Operation.

Καθήκοντα:

Συντονισμός και διαχείριση των συμφωνημένων επιχειρησιακών διαδικασιών με τους πελάτες μας στον τομέα των κρουαζιέρων, καλύπτοντας όλα τα στάδια – από τον αρχικό σχεδιασμό μέχρι την υλοποίηση του προγράμματος και τη διαχείριση των επιχειρησιακών λειτουργιών.

Ανάλυση καθηκόντων:

· Κράτηση και επιβεβαίωση υπηρεσιών πριν από την έναρξη της σεζόν.

· Εξασφάλιση της ομαλής υλοποίησης των επιχειρησιακών διαδικασιών από την αρχή έως την ολοκλήρωσή τους.

· Διαχείριση επικοινωνίας και αλληλογραφίας με εταιρείες κρουαζιέρας.

· Ανασκόπηση, επικαιροποίηση και ρύθμιση τελικών λεπτομερειών σύμφωνα με τα προκαθορισμένα δρομολόγια.

· Συνεχής επικοινωνία με τους παρόχους υπηρεσιών για κρατήσεις και ενημερώσεις.

· Ολοκλήρωση διαδικασιών τιμολόγησης και καταχώρησης δεδομένων.

· Παρουσία στο λιμάνι τις ημέρες λειτουργίας για την εξασφάλιση άριστης εξυπηρέτησης πελατών και ομαλής διεξαγωγής των διαδικασιών.

· Ταξίδια για την υποστήριξη της περιφερειακής λειτουργίας της εταιρείας.

· Διατήρηση υψηλού επιπέδου εξυπηρέτησης συνεργατών και διασφάλιση θετικής εμπειρίας συνεργασίας.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

· Άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας (γραπτά και προφορικά).

· Καλή γνώση και ευχέρεια στη χρήση του Microsoft Office.

· Ικανότητα αποτελεσματικής διαχείρισης χρόνου, τήρησης προθεσμιών και ιεράρχησης προτεραιοτήτων.

· Ευελιξία, δημιουργικότητα και άριστες οργανωτικές δεξιότητες.

· Ικανότητα εργασίας τόσο ανεξάρτητα όσο και σε ομαδικό περιβάλλον.

· Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και θετική στάση.

· Ομαδικό πνεύμα, δυναμισμός, φιλοδοξία και αυτοπειθαρχία.

· Δέσμευση στην ποιότητα και ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών καθηκόντων σε ένα δυναμικό περιβάλλον.

· Διαθεσιμότητα για ευέλικτο ωράριο (συμπεριλαμβανομένων Σαββατοκύριακων και αργιών) βάσει του προγράμματος των κρουαζιερόπλοιων.
