is a leading luxury DMC; At Original Senses we strive for excellence and are looking for a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Travel Operations Executive.

The
Operations Executive
will be part of an experienced team who ensure the seamless execution of travel itineraries. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing international client accounts to provide customer service, coordinate minute operation details and make arrangements as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Collaborate with Travel Designers to finalize and execute travel itineraries

· Coordinate outsourced services

· Effectively and respectfully communicate with vendors and suppliers

· Identify opportunities and look out for issues

· Understand "what works" in the market, and become intimately familiar with the destinations, products and services that will appeal to your customers

· Proactively show concern for all aspects of the job and follow up on procedure output

· Ensure all system standards are adhered to and maintain accurate and up-to-date information on all confirmed services.

· Liaise with sales team and partners regarding the status of reservations

· Respect deadlines

· Nurture and grow relationships with partner relationships

· Manage calls from on-the-ground clients and efficiently attend to questions or concerns

· Oversee client itineraries / documents and ensure prompt delivery

· As needed, travel for destination inspections

· Nurture and protect the corporate DNA

· Position reports to Travel Manager

Requirements

· years of experience in a relevant position

· Critical and creative thinking, attention to detail

· Resilience and ability to work under pressure

· Organizational skills

· Confidence and fluency in English and Greek (as a minimum requirement)

· Solid skills in presentation software, spreadsheets and Microsoft Office
