Role Overview:
As a Customer Service, you'll handle inquiries via phone, chat, email, and social media, assisting customers with account, payment, and technical concerns. Your mission is to ensure a smooth and positive experience for every client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality support through multiple channels (phone, chat, email, and social media)
- Guide users through account setup, login issues, payment concerns, and technical questions
- Serve as a dependable contact, especially for sports-related customer needs
- Respond to client feedback with empathy and professionalism
- Communicate clearly and effectively to foster trust and customer loyalty
- Adhere to company procedures and maintain quality service standards
- Share feedback and ideas to help improve customer satisfaction and support efficiency
Requirements:
- Fluent in French (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card
- 0-1 year of experience in customer support
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
