In this role, you will assist French-speaking customers with their inquiries, ensuring they have an outstanding experience with the brand. Your Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Address customer inquiries, issues, and product-related questions promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor during all interactions.
- Accurately document customer interactions for future reference and service improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and performance goals.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your knowledge of motorcycle products and services.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential.
- A genuine passion for motorcycles and the automotive industry.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to solve problems efficiently with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new challenges.
