Your Responsibilities- Deliver excellent customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to motorcycle products and services.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately for future insights and service improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to reach common objectives and enhance the customer experience.
- Participate in training to stay updated on products, services, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential.
- A genuine passion for motorcycles and customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage inquiries and challenges with a positive and professional demeanor.
