In this position, you will assist Spanish-speaking customers with their inquiries, helping them on their journey to find the perfect motorcycle. Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about product information, orders, and service requests.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and elevate customer experiences.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about new products and industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong passion for motorcycles and customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.
- Willingness to work in Athens and embrace the local culture.
