About the Role

As a French Customer Support Representative, youll assist French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, helping them solve inquiries, providing clear information, and ensuring an excellent customer journey.

Youll be trained to represent global clients from industries such as tech, travel, e-commerce, and digital services.

Your Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer support in French across multiple communication channels

Handle product, order, or technical inquiries with professionalism and empathy

Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex cases

Document customer interactions accurately

Contribute to continuous improvement through feedback and collaboration

Requirements

  • French: Native or C2 level (mandatory)

  • English: B2 level (for internal communication)

  • EU citizenship or valid residence permit for Greece

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Customer-oriented mindset and adaptability to a multicultural environment
